NQ Employment is a North Queensland based employment service, committed to:
  • finding meaningful employment for its job seekers
  • finding the right person for the job

We are a Disability Employment Service (DES) provider, funded by the Department of Social Services. Our team of experienced consultants take an innovative approach to finding employment for job seekers and the right candidates for employers.

As a federally funded, not-for-profit organisation we can provide our services come at no cost to job seekers or employers, and there are a range of incentives available for employers with vacancies.

NQ Employment has been my disability service provider for more than two years now.

​When I was looking for work, Debbie, my case worker was instrumental in keeping me motivated and building up my confidence with her kind words and gentle enthusiasm. Now that I have a job, she has helped me stay in employment with ongoing encouragement, advice and problem-solving strategies.

All the staff at NQ Employment are friendly, polite and helpful. They have always gone that one step further to ensure that I have all the assistance I need whether it’s helping me get vital medical equipment or just listening when I’ve had a trying week.
